1. General Information

All orders are subject to availability. We do our best to maintain accurate inventory for our online store, however if there is a discrepancy on stocks and at an instance that an item is not in stock at the time an order is placed or during delivery time, then McAsia will notify the customer and make the corresponding adjustments on or refund the amount paid for the unavailable goods.

  1. Ordering Cut-off
  • Order cut off for the day shall be until 2PM only, orders with confirmed payment before the cut-off time shall be processed. All orders beyond 2PM shall be processed the next working day.
  • Order placed beyond working hours and those placed during Non-working days shall be processed the next working day.


  1. Delivery Cost 
    As of the moment, we can only deliver within Metro Manila and delivery fee is calculated during checkout based on the total value of orders placed by the customers. Shipping fee of P250 will be charged for purchases of P2,999 and below, P150 for purchases of P3,000 – P5,999, and free delivery for purchases of P6,000 and above.

Orders for pick-up with confirmed payment will be subject for schedule of pick-up and we will contact and notify you once your order is complete and ready for pick-up. Orders will be pick-up at 175A D. Tuazon St., Brgy. Maharlika St., Quezon City, 1114, from Monday to Friday (10 A.M to 5 P.M).


  1. Delivery Lead Time

McAsia will deliver orders within 2 to 3 days after it has confirmed payment. Delivery time is from Monday to Friday (10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M). However, McAsia cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. If there are any special delivery instructions, then it should be provided to McAsia at the time of the placement of the orders.


  1. Delivery Areas

McAsia’s initial delivery area is within Metro Manila only. McAsia reserves the right to cancel orders that are not within the allowable delivery areas and charge the corresponding reversal fees.


  1. Delivery Delays

McAsia shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery of orders resulting from events or circumstances beyond its control, such as force majeure, acts of God, or if the failure or delay is due to the fault or negligence of the customer. McAsia shall deliver the orders based on the timeline provided in this policy. If there is any expected delay, McAsia shall notify the customer beforehand.


  1. Ownership of Goods

Ownership of goods shall remain with McAsia until delivery to and receipt by the customer. Upon receipt of the goods, any subsequent events, such as product loss or damage, shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. 

  1. Completeness of Goods Delivered

McAsia ensures that orders are complete before delivering them to customers. However, customers are required to verify and check the completeness of the goods delivered to them before receiving and signing the delivery receipt. Once the customers sign the delivery receipt without any annotation/concern, then it is conclusive proof on the completeness of goods delivered. Nevertheless, should there be shortage in quantity of the orders delivered, then McAsia would deliver the remaining goods as soon as possible without additional delivery fees.

McAsia shall have the right to change any content in this policy at any given time. It is the responsibility of the customer accessing this site to regularly check for any changes or updates in the policy.
