Cooking Instruction:
1. Coat meat w/ binder.
2. Dip into the egg batter (egg batter mix 40g, water 100g) - mix in bowl until smooth (no lumps).
3. Coat w/ fresh bread crumbs/panko.
4. Deep fry until golden brown.
5. Set for 5 minutes before cutting.
6. Cut & serve w/ tonkatsu sauce.
